Pelvic Floor Fascial Release Ball

Relieve pelvic pain and restore your pelvic floor with this fascial release ball.
The muscle and connective tissue of the pelvic floor can often be tight leading to pelvic floor dysfunction.
This exceptionally well-made ball (around the size of a small bowling ball) can be used with instruction to help externally release the connective tissue within the pelvic floor which in turn, will reduce muscular tightness and discomfort around the hips and glutes.
