Pilates Pointe Limited is a privately owned company specialising in adult classes in Pilates, dance, fitness and rehabilitation.

All of our teachers originate from a professional performing arts, fitness or remedial background and are highly qualified in their chosen area of expertise. All Pilates teachers are fully qualified with a wealth of experience and training in advanced Pilates and rehabilitation.

The studios consist of:

•  Spacious dance studio fully mirrored with recording and playback facilities

•  Pilates rooms with Cadillacs, Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Ladder and Step Barrels

Matwork class numbers are kept to a maximum of 5, emphasising the importance Pilates Pointe place on the personal wellbeing and safe exercise progression of all their clients. All teachers are extensively trained in postural alignment, ensuring safe, low impact classes that focus on toning, realigning and lengthening your body.
